## Tools
- trial_search (free): FREE. Health Canada-authorised clinical trials for a condition or drug keyword — newest 5.
- trial_search_full (Pro): PRO. Up to 200 trials for a keyword, optionally started since a date.
- trial_detail (Pro): PRO. Live detail for a protocol id: sponsor/manufacturer, drug products and study population.
- condition_landscape (Pro): PRO. Trial counts per year and most common co-listed conditions for a keyword — competitive landscape.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://ca-clinical-trials-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://ca-clinical-trials-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://ca-clinical-trials-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
